Hello from Bravos Food Truck!! We are beginning the summer season and seeking qualified cooks to work inside our food truck. Minimum qualifications: •1year restaurant/hospitality service •Food safety knowledge •Positive attitude •Self motivated •Attention to detail •Communication skills •Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team setting Duties include but are not limited to: •Cooking •Prep •Expo •Cleaning •Working near hot kitchen equipment •Customer service •Taking orders •Setup/breakdown outside tables and other equipment This is a food truck position, not a restaurant, so we expect all applicants to have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive to each event. As we are entering the summer months, we have some events out of town and expect each applicant to be able to work these out of town events with at least three weeks notice of dates and location.
