Looking for a wonderful Airbnb Hosting Coordinator We own and operate 5 STRs in the Vista/Oceanside/Carlsbad area. We’re looking for an energetic, smart cohost to help us operate them. The host coordinator will * Communicate with prospective guests in advance of their stay * Answer questions about the properties * Supervise our cleaning crew in advance of guest move-in * Check in with guests on first day to make sure they are oriented * Available for urgent situations during the stay (this is rare) * Review the property after guest-move out * Monitoring supplies and linens Our cleaning crew handle all cleaning, laundry, and linens. The Hosting Coordinator is the liaison to the guest. We are a husband-and-wife team. We live locally. We know the system and will be available to get things started. We anticipate this will be 10-20 hrs per week. The right person will need: * hospitality or STR hosting experience (please specify) * reliable transportation * be physically available for checking on properties 10am (checkout) to 4pm (checkin) * be occasionally available at other times for guest needs (we are also available) * great customer service communicator - knows how to make things right * great supervisor communicator - need to know how to keep us informed * super-responsible, good memory for details, good eye for cleanliness and order * Fluent in English, bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus * To be a “can do” person who is not afraid to clean or handle laundry in the case that someone doesn’t show up.
