Now hiring full time porter for: Promesa Apartments 9415 McNeil Drive Austin, TX 78750 Apply in person or submit resume: Monday-Friday: 10am-4pm Saturday: 11am-3pm Job Duties: * Inspect community throughout the day and remove all litter/debris and pet droppings * Inspect common areas and amenities and remove any litter/debris * Clean and maintain swimming pools * Remove trash and belongings from apartments left after move-out * Power washes breezeways, pool area, sidewalks, etc. * Cleans pool and outside furniture, benches and tables * Cleans grills * Changes locks and makes keys * Assists with minor/routine make-ready repairs and work order requests * Observes any hazards, unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment/gates/etc and reports need to repair to supervisor * Distributes notices to residents upon request * Changes a/c filters and light bulbs * Assist with preventative maintenances * Helps clean and maintains storage areas * Any additional requests made by Lead Maintenance or Property Manager Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm; occasional need to work weekends and overtime after hours Starting rate of pay: $15 per hour plus renewal commission split monthly Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health Insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Life Insurance * Paid Short Term and Long Term Disability * Paid Time Off * Minimum of Nine Paid Holidays plus Two Floating Holidays * Apartment rental discount * Renewal commission split * Possible bonuses Physical Requirements Constant need to be on feet and walking Constant need for extended period of time to be able to bend/stoop/squat/kneel climb stairs push or pull reach above shoulder climb ladders grasp/grip/turning finger dexterity Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 75 lbs Ability to climb several flights of stairs several times each day Ability to tolerate all types of weather and climate
