Employer in search of assistance with building maintenance. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems encouraged. Position may require some painting and/or light janitorial work, as needed. Candidate must be physically capable of moving equipment and fixtures, walking up and down stairs, and otherwise physically capable of performing maintenance-related tasks. Experience diagnosing service requirements a plus, but not a requirement. Ideal candidate has a positive attitude and is willing to learn!
