You would be maintaining Apartment Buildings doing jobs such as patching Drywall, Installing new toilets and sinks, changing light fixtures and outlets, fixing leaks and other basic Maintenance type of work.

- Have basic hand and power tools
- Have a valid driver's license and working vehicle.
