Hi, I just purchased a one-bedroom loft condo. And I need a skilled carpenter to: - build a 6 x 8ft loft bed to put mattress on and create a sleeping are for guests, using wooden planks - overlay a wooden flooring and fence to a 10x10ft deck area ( no digging out anything, just overlay) - build wooden frame to install sliding barn doors to section off a bedroom area - possibly install wooden closet system The condo is located in Federal Hill, Baltimore. A licensed carpenter is preferred. Hoping to do the job in mid-July or in August.
