Seattle Swank Home Staging Mover/Driver $1000 - Signing Bonus As a Home Staging Mover/Driver you will be responsible for following: • Self-motivator and positive ‘can-do attitude’. • Safely navigate a 26ft. box truck in traffic and through an urban environment. • Ability to safely lift items up to 75lbs. throughout the day. • Wrap furniture with blankets to prevent damage. • Wrap dishes, artwork, and fragile items in bubble wrap, on site, and place into appropriate moving containers. • Load truck, distributing weight evenly, forming compact loads, and utilizing space efficiently. • Pad, stack, and secures items in position on truck to prevent damage during shipment. • Delivers and places furniture and home decor on client’s premises in a timely manner. • Safely unload & organize furniture coming in from downloads, keeping walkways clear and safe, in a timely manner. • Communicate all damages to home made during installation of furniture made by moving team. Skills & Qualifications: • Prior truck driving experience and clean driving record. • Experience furnishing luxury homes (1MM +) preferred but not required. • Ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment, setting an example for others. • Strong time management and problem-solving skills and able to get things done independently, with minimal supervision. • Deadline driven and organized; able to prioritize as needed to get the job done. • Clear communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Works well in collaborative settings. • A 'drama free' demeanor. • Must be flexible in hours. • References required at time of interview. Job Type: Contractor Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 DOE • Bonus eligible • Medical Benefits available after 60 days Work Location: Multiple locations Schedule: Monday to Friday day shifts, as needed • 40 plus hours based on weekly Install schedule
