If you're looking for a way to gain experience in human services in North Seattle... we'd love to connect! The Giving Room food bank is looking for volunteer roles from food donation pick up drivers to Monday distribution help. All volunteers learn valuable information around food security and how food banks help individuals and families in our community. Here are some positions Giving Room has open right now: -Food donation pick-up drivers (Thursdays), 9:30am-10:15am -Food donation sorters (Thursdays/Fridays) from 10am-11:30am -Food bank setup (Monday), 7:30am-8:45am -Pantry team fridge/freezer distribution roles (Monday), 9:15am-1pm -Intake team database updates and community resources role (Monday), 9:15am-1pm Are you interested in joining us?
