Large attic room available for storage, artist studio or maker space available in artistic community minded house located in Lents, 2 blocks from MAX Green Line. Can function as either one large space, or be subdivided into two separate units. We are willing to build a separation wall, with locking door if having two separate units is desired. Perfect spot for painting, making music, writing or other creative endeavors. Also good as a relatively large & cheap place to store your stuff, if that’s what you’re interested in. Price dependent on how much space you’re interested in using. If using half the space the price will be between $200-$300, if using the entire space, price will be $500-$600 depending on use. Available as early as August 1st & as late as September 1st. No 24/7 access, but we are willing to make reasonable accommodations for access for use of the space. Prefer someone who will use the space during daytime/early evening hours.
