Volunteer Drivers Needed for Senior Transportation Program

The Lamorinda Spirit Van Program (https://www.lovelafayette.org/residents/transportation/lamorinda-spirit-van) has been in service since 2006, providing door to and through door rides to older Lamorinda Residents (age 60 and up) for errands, shopping, medical appointments Monday through Friday, as well as to Café Costa at the Walnut Creek Senior Center for lunch Tues-Thu. We are currently in search of volunteer drivers, so that we may continue to help seniors remain independent even when they are no longer able to drive. This is a rewarding and satisfying way to spend your time. Many of our drivers have developed a meaningful rapport with our passengers. Call us to learn more!
