Apartment Reconditioning/ Maintenance Technician at Willow Creek Crossing Apartments. Full Time, Benefits after 60-day probation. Mon-Fri 8-4:30, Rotating Saturdays and On-call emergency service (about every 5-6 weeks.) In this position, the technician will primarily make ready apartments and perform some maintenance. Applicants should have knowledge in electrical, plumbing and appliance maintenance. Physical Requirements: will need to be able to use hand tools and power equipment; climb stairs and ladders; work with chemicals; work in all weather conditions; lift, push and pull heavy objects. Wage negotiable depending on experience. HR Requirements: Must have personal, reliable vehicle for use at work; Valid Driver’s License; Drug Test; Criminal Background Check; Direct Payroll Deposit.
