Kiwi is a beautiful Amazon parrot in her early thirties with many more years to enjoy. My mom is downsizing her aviary and needs to find this lovely girl a new home. She is hand-tamed, and generally prefers a female owner (or a single male owner? My teenage son held her with no problem... until my daughter walked in the room. Kiwi gave him a pinch on the ear for tricking her into liking him! ;) She is a very easy keeper and needs no special diet to maintain a healthy weight and plumage. She likes to "sing", says "hello", and nicely knows no profanity. Please be familiar with large parrots and their special care before contacting... while she would be a perfect "first parrot", please be aware of their specific needs and assess your own life circumstances. We want her to go to a wonderful home that will enjoy her as much as we have! (No large parrot is suitable for a home with small children.)
