Labor only to lay about 40sf of 12x24 tile on concrete bathroom floors in two adjacent areas.. No demolition. Need toilet reset same day if fast set mortar used, or next day if quote includes next day grout. Send labor only quote with (1l just one day tile, and (2) add on grout. Will provide mortar, must have own tile saw and tools. First floor by exterior door.
