Even an idiot can understand that the US needing to buy on the world market again would increase gas and diesel prices.
Since the US under biden stopped meeting our countries demand for fuel, we had to start to import oil again. This cut into the world oil supply and does affect the price of fuel in other countries.
Familiarize yourself with the concept of price and demand, it might save you some embarrassment in the future.
