Vendor application for The Marketplace at Louisiana District UPC Declare Women's Conference March 4-6, 2021 We are incredibly excited that you are interested in bringing your business to Declare! The Marketplace is a favorite element with our ladies because of vendors like you. This year, we are making several changes, including the Marketplace location, which will now be held in the Dining Hall. Each vendor will have one 10x10 space with a 6' or 8' table and 2 chairs. If you need a certain length table, please specify that in the registration form. If you would like to request two booths, please note that in the registration form and, should extra space be available, we will contact you by February 18. All vendors will be allowed to set up their booths beginning at 10 AM on Wednesday, March 3. All set-up of booths must be completed by Thursday, March 4, at noon. The Marketplace will open to the conference attendees on Thursday, March 4, at 2 PM and close on Saturday, March 6, at 2 PM. In order to enhance the importance of session attendance to our attendees, The Marketplace & District Bookstore will be closed during all services and sessions. The Conference Guide will include a map of the booths to help advertise your business. We will provide a sign for your booth that states your business name. However, you may use your own signage as long as it fits within the parameters of your booth and does not inhibit walkways or other vendor's booth spaces. If you would like to participate in the conference sessions when the Marketplace is closed, please register as a conference participant. Please note: Vendor fees are non-refundable unless we are not able to hold the conference in-person due to Louisiana Covid restrictions. In that case, we will refund your vendor registration but will be unable to refund the Eventbrite fees.
