blade stolen from my car years ago

Have made postings before and now trying again. Blade w brown leather sheathe was stolen from my car years ago. Steel Golden colored handle with eagle head guard on both sides with gems behind both eagles and red gem in the center, handle is ornately designed and comes to a rounded kings scepter ball at the end. The dagger is double edged and comes to fine point with yellow/golden vine on one side of the blade if anyone has it or knows someone that has it please offer them this posting and allow me to receive or purchase it back thank you.
