Please look out for a black Hyundai Elantra newer model. Has all tinted windows. This vehicle was mad I would not let them speed down the breakdown lane last night around 630 on 95 south. They proceeded to pull up on my passenger side and throw an object at my car before cutting off traffic and running like a little bitch. I took a picture of the car but unfortunately I could not get a clear picture of the plate. I called state police and have it documented. This car came On the highway at cedar st and proceeded to cut everyone off and speed down breakdown lane. Narrowly escaping collisions. After throwing an object and flipping me off, they took the Smithfield ave exit. Please help track this car down.
