Description
This position is for an experienced painter to do apt turns and office space turns, outside painting during good weather.
20-25 hours per week. Best if person can flex on which days to work to accommodate move outs.
Must have reliable transportation to get to our buildings within a mile radius.
Own tools helpful.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Work is for a stable real estate developer with high end apts. and commercial spaces.
