What we’re looking for: A dependable, detail-oriented, rockstar to help keep our facility safe, clean, organized, and operating smoothly. What you’ll be doing: • Ensure all areas of the facility are safe, clean, and sanitized • Learn, follow, and enforce food safety programs • Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble baking and packaging equipment between production runs What you’ll bring to the team: • You are reliable, punctual, and will have excellent attendance • You are self-motivated, work well independently, and stay on task with minimal supervision • You enjoy being physically active and can push, pull, lift, and move 50 lbs on a regular basis • You are clean, you like to clean, and you don’t mind encouraging others to be clean • You enjoy taking things apart and putting it back together again • You understand the importance of Personal Protective Safety Equipment and you wear it proudly • You are organized and you like the words efficiency, systems, and record keeping • You work well with others and appreciate diversity and other cultures • You have a positive attitude with a great sense of humor • You care about your work and you always strive for quality Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Why choose Partners over the other big names?
