Warehouse Associate and Driver Job Description for Recycling Company Warehouse Associates and Driver for recycling company • Employment type: full-time • Driver/Sorter/Assistant (RENTON) • Compensation: DOE based on knowledge and experience Position Requirements and Responsibilities are: • Safely drive box truck to customer sites and load material • Identifies, inspects, sorts, weighs, and stores recycled materials • Controls inventory accuracy • Meets company requirements for monthly volume and average load weights • Maintains Cleanliness of recycle center equipment and surrounding area • Keeps company equipment in good working conditions • Regularly bends, twists, and lifts customers' commodities • Regularly transports containers on wheels up to 75 pounds • Regularly works outside in the heat, cold and rain. Required Skills and Abilities: • High School graduate or equivalent education • Ability to work under pressure • Problem solver • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills • Ability to work independently while following policies and procedures • Box truck driver (under cdl) - driving experience with a clean driving record • Must be a US Citizen or have proper documentation to work in the United States
