If so, we want to chat with you! Search Group Solutions has partnered with a global facilities services company seeking a Building Engineer to support a retail client of theirs in Merriam, Kansas. This role is a direct hire position with benefits. Hours: M-F, 6a- 2:30p Pay: $31.76- $34.52/ hour Responsibilities: Execute and optimize operational responsibilities. Utilize resources and materials to meet project deadlines Collaborate with building operations team and ensure safe conditions. Communicate effectively with maintenance planners Job Requirements: Experience in operations or other related fields Experience and knowledge of facilities maintenance. Experience with CMMS systems. EPA Universal Certification required. Experience troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance on basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
