Start up Jazz/R&B Band (Still in the making) in need of roomy & clean band rehearsal space ASAP! Equipped with backline would be ideal but not a deal breaker. Just need something temperature controlled. Looking to rent out for 3 hours per rehearsal. Would prefer rooms in recording studio, music school, music store, community clubhouse, church space, etc. Mature respectable group on a budget, so please do not respond with high hourly rates. Budget is $20-$25/hr. minimum of 3 hours. Will need to rent out once a week. Band members will total approx. 5-7 ppl
