Looking for handyman with mortar and drywall skills

I need an experience handyman who can repair a loose mortar in brick siding and retaining wall. You will need to have an experience in mixing of mortar mix and sand. Also I will need to replace a drywall in the closet. See the last picture. I have all materials and tools. Send me pictures of you work and availability this weekend or next week. Also specify if you want to be paid hourly or for whole job. In your reply specify a town where you live. I will have more work in the future, so I prefer someone living not too far from Bethesda, MD 20814.
