Benson Bright Preservation is hiring individuals to do yard maintenance at 30 vacant homes throughout Mississippi (to see a map of the properties, see the picture attached to this ad or click this link: Properties are maintained twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $75. Duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, and lawn edging. Additional money is paid for shrub & tree trimming and leaf & debris removal. Equipment needed is a riding or zero-turn lawnmower, weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.
