Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for a skilled maintenance technician to assist with numerous projects throughout our company.  We are looking for reliable team members with experience in painting, drywall, carpentry, or other general repair skills ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES -Teamwork – Work cohesively with others within the company, and with customers during projects. -Problem solving – must have the ability to think through challenges in real time and opportunities, with a positive outcome. -Painting, wood repair, wall covering, drywall repairs and other general “handyman” duties. -Assist other departments as needed -Must be able to safely lift 50+ pounds. -Other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Background check and Drug Test required for hire.  Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana. Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license. Must have at least a working knowledge of the Heart service area street / interstate system. EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a maintenance-type role is preferred but not required.  (Hotel, apartment, building maintenance positions, etc.).
