Work for a active, hands-on landlord fixing up various rentals. This gig pays well and will last 3 or 4 days. But other days will be available depending on what you can do. Starting Monday we will fill holes, gaps and cracks with caulk and foam. We will use rigid insulation board on certain areas and attach with construction adhesive and or screws or nails. We will caulk windows, and foam exterior corners. We will fill plumbing penetrations with foam.
