We are looking to hire a maintenance/handy person for our company. You will be helping with our current office building, 2 rent houses and any future builds and locations. The job will include working with another maintenance person and tackling all necessary projects that arise, for instance general building and house maintenance issues, basic plumbing and electrical, paining, bush trimming, sprinkler maintenance and moving inventory around. All our properties are in the same neighborhood and so drive time will be minimal. This is a salary position, hours are 9-5 M-F, since this is a salary position there are paid holidays, vacations and no clocking in. The pay will start around $500 a week take home depending on experience. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
