Wanted: Faith based (not in name only please). Patriot over 40 years old. Long term-light duty live in caregiver in exchange for partial rent reduction; non vaxed preferred. Zero tobacco permitted (severe allergies), and preference will go to non drinkers. 420 discretely ok. You get your own separate living space, private entrance to include small fenced yard for fur baby. No oven. No toaster oven or heavy cooking; set up like an extended stay room. Rent for this home is $625 which includes all utilities. The way pay is set up: you automatically get $20 hr for five hours of work each month (reduced rent equals $525). Even if there’s not five hours of work you get an automatic deduction each month. No rent increases with a lease. Light duties (car required) such as grocery shopping, running errands, and simple yard work. As time passes duties will increase beyond the five hours to include light cooking and housekeeping. It’s important that this person is home nights in case of a bad fall or other accident requiring assistance. Make sure none of the following concerns you before you apply as these are non negotiable requests: Not room for much other than personal belongings. Fully furnished small room with carpet. Must appreciate a clean living space. Prefer older 40+ adult who drinks rarely if at all. One lacking in criminal record, someone who cherishes quiet surroundings, but would also consider someone younger and very introverted; on SSDI ok (SSI not income qualified sorry). Music and TV volume need to be kept at a reasonable volume or please use headphones. Company can meet you outside of the home with COVID/monkey pox uncertainly/overnight guests couldn’t work (ever). In fact it’s best to request a single person who does not desire to date, and who likes the idea of locating long term, stable housing to settle in and make a home.
