Core Responsibilities: -Respond to Resident service requests -General Maintenance to include: -Appliance repair and installation (dishwashers, cooking ranges, washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc.) -Minor electrical, plumbing, drywall and carpentry repairs -Troubleshoot and diagnose minor HVAC concerns -Preventative maintenance -Maintain assigned communities -Make readies -Keep company equipment secure and in good working condition -Maintain proper documentation and records Requirements: -Previous make-ready experience preferred -Reliable transportation -Electrical experience (outlets, switches, fixtures, electrical meter, etc.) -Plumbing experience (includes water lines, drains, leaks, disposals, etc.) -Experience with HVAC is preferred -Looking to work in a fast-paced environment -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Experience with HVAC is preferred Physical Requirements: -Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly -This work environment includes exposure to fumes, chemicals, moving mechanical equipment, loud noise, and to extreme conditions. -Must be able to bend, crouch, climb, balance, walk, stand, reach with arms and hands, talk, hear, feel/touch and drive.
