I need the current carpet (Which has a bad stain) and padding removed then new padding and carpet installed in 11 * 14 room. I got the carpet and padding, now need someone who can install it. You need to have the needed tools, nails, glue, etc, all I have is the carpet and padding. Let me know the cost and when you can do it.
