MUST MEET INCOME GUIDELINES AND LIVE IN DANE COUNTY - $50 VISA gift card if you qualify for WHEDA hire and fill out needed paperwork! compensation: $22.00/hr delivered via company paper pay check 1st and 16th of the month Perform general cleaning and other cleaning duties for the location(s) in which they are assigned. Receives supervision from the Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager and Lead Cleaner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Clean, dust all walls, artifacts or accessories (anything on walls). Clean all light fixtures, clean and/or dust all shelves, clean all doors and door frames, inside and out all cabinets. • Clean all kitchen areas including cabinets (inside and out), shelves, sink, fixtures, doors, floors and all window boards. • Clean bathrooms including shower, toilet, urinal, tubes, ventilators, dividers, floors, toilet paper and towel dispensers. • Wipe down and/or vacuum borders and corners. Remove all sticky fragments from surfaces; remove any visible stains from floors. All stone floors need to be washed with machine and all vinyl floors need to be washed and dried. • Window cleaning including removing any debris, caulking, grease, etc. off the window. Squeegee glass clean and streak free. • Must be a positive team player and willing to help others if and when needed to complete the task. • Must adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety/hazard training, attendance, punctuality, dress code and code of conduct. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Other job duties may be assigned upon company or management discretion mutually agreed upon. QUALIFICATIONS: • Cleaning and customer service experience. • Must be physically able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 20lbs for 50% of the work shift • Must be physically able to bend, stoop and reach 100% of the work shift • Ability to maintain and assist in keeping building areas clean. Potential to become Full Time.
