Carpenter needed to build bookshelves

We're looking to have a row of bookshelves built against the interior wall of our living room. The dimensions are 20 feet wide by 8 feet tall. We want the shelves to be adjustable for the entire height, with 7-8 shelves per vertical bay. We're thinking 7 bays horizontally, unless you think 5-6 would be more feasible given the fact that they will be adjustable. The bookshelves themselves will be painted matte white. No preference on the type of wood, just as long as it's sturdy. If you're available for hire and interested in the job, please feel free to reach out with your contact info and a little about you.
