The ideal sub-contractor would be capable of completing the following below: -General repairs -Painting -Floor removal & insulation -Carpet removal & replacement -Electrical -Plumbing -Landscaping Must have: -Required insurances general liability and workers comp -Equipment to effectively complete the work -Smart phone and computer -Background check -Required State Licenses (when applicable) We pay out weekly for all orders completed and made Ready for Office within that pay week.
