Tune up Husqvarna Lawn Tractor/Mower

I need someone who can come to our small shed garage and tuneup a 2016 Husqvarna lawn tractor model YTA18542 in great condition. It is part of an estate sale and would like it in running shape. I have no trailerfor towing to a job site. There's nothing wrong that a tuneup won't solve imo. Need someone who has tools, ramps if needed and has done service on Husqvarna or similar lawn machines, even if it is just your own and you aren't a licensed mechanic. The machine has been idle for 1.5 years and I have no mechanical experience or tools. It just about turned over but just won't. My thoughts on pay are $50 ballpark.Plus $25gas I would pick up pay for any replacement items like the spark plug, refueling the mower, as needed.
