Description
Americans have a very short attention span, especially since there is so much information flowing. Networks will edit testimony to weed out irrelevant blab. They will also edit to ignore testimony that doesn't support their political slant. Makes me long for the days when Huntley/Brinkley, Walter Cronkite, Roger Mudd, Peter Jennings, and others had broadcasts that seemed more concerned with just getting the news out there. Of course, I was much younger then. Maybe a 60 Minutes approach would be better, but then, we don't have enough time in our day to watch.
