Wanted: Small dog

I had to put my nearly 14 year old smallish dog to sleep recently. I am looking for a small dog to love and care for the rest of his or her life. I really want a Shih Tzu, or Shih Poo but will consider any similar long haired dog or a fluffy medium to long haired dog (such as Sheltie, American Eskimo, Pomeranian, etc). I also might consider an older (7+ yr old) shorter hair dog. Mixed breeds are fine. Criteria that I am looking for: *Must be between 8 and 25 pounds as an adult dog. Ideal size is around 10 pounds. My previous dogs (and my current dog) were/are close to 20 pounds, and I would really like to find a dog closer to 10 pounds as my next dog. *Must be friendly, good with other dogs, and have no aggression issues. *I will consider any dog that is over 6 months old. *Pluses: up to date on shots, housebroken, spayed/neutered I will pay up to a $150 adoption fee for the right dog as long as it is already spayed/neutered and up to date on its shots (as I would have this done if not already fully vetted and fixed.) This is based on the cost for a dog to be spayed/neutered at Young Williams animal shelter, along with shots and a microchip. My dog I mentioned above was sponsored at Young Williams when I got him at the estimated age of 10 months old. He was very loved and is sorely missed. I know I cannot replace him, but hope to open up my heart to another dog that needs a home. I also had 3 other adopted dogs that were loved and lived their lives in my home. Since 2003, I have had 2 to 3 dogs in my home, except for a week or 2 in 2009, 2018, and now. I do have an "older" Yorkie mix that I adopted nearly 5 years ago from someone off of Craigslist. He was said to be around 5 years then so is an estimated 10 years old now, but does not act like a 10 year old dog.
