This is physically demanding work. It involves using either a shovel or a pick axe (both of which I have for you to use) to get under the roots and rhizomes (runners) and pull them out of the ground. I will make sure the ground is soaked with water so it will be easier to get up. I've done about a quarter of the yard so far and need more help to finish. I can use 3-4 people Saturday June 18 starting at 7 or 8 am and finishing by 1 pm because it will be too hot after then. I pay $20 an hour. If you are seeing this after about 9 am on Saturday, I probably don't need anyone. I prefer to pay by CashAp, Venmo or Zelle at the end of the day.
