He is flying to saudi arabis to pick up the "big guys" ten percent. Not only that but he is expected to burn hundreds of thousands of gallons of jet fuel, at tax payers expense in doing so. He will promise to keep our oil suppliers from drilling and producing our own oil in order to keep the price we pay at the pump at never before seen high prices. Having to buy oil from other nations has brought our balance of payments to record highs and has reduced the income to the government from the oil produced in our own country. Billions lost due to the inability of oil companies to find and refine our own oil, billions lost due to the refusal of biden's democrat government to sell new oil leases, billions lost due to lost tax revenues from oil companies and workers who are no longer employed, billions lost to government tax on gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, jet fuel etc. One could blame the fraud on America to the incompetence of the president and the democrats in power, or the willingness of biden to bring harm to our country for cash. He has done it before, why would he not continue?
