Start Immediately! Full time, permanent positions - 40 hours+ per week. May qualify for cash bonus after 30 days. We are seeking experienced and qualified workers to fill the following positions (all positions require a valid Arizona drivers license) - - Skilled Laborers - Crew Leaders - Supervisors General Job Description/Requirements: Installation of plants and trees Irrigation system installation and repair Low voltage lighting installation Landscape rock & boulder installation Hardscape installation - pavers, concrete, CMU, BBQ's, bocce courts, water features, fire pits, outdoor kitchens Must be able to follow direction Report to work on time and as scheduled – our yard is located in South Scottsdale Ability to drive truck with trailer Ability to operate equipment is a plus (Skid Steer, Backhoe, Trencher) Knowledge of desert plant material Knowledge of construction procedures Better than average communication skills Able to handle the summer heat - all positions are working, outdoor positions Must be motivated and possess the ability to think 'big picture' Able to manage crews of 3 or more members MUST be responsible and hard working Bi-Lingual is not required but will earn more We offer: -Competitive Pay -Promotion opportunities -Paid sick time -Bonuses -Company Vehicle (some positions) Must be able to pass e-verify Reply via email with resume and salary requirements.
