Blues singer wants to put together a band

Hello everyone. I play drums and keyboards. And I am a good singer. Clean vocals and I know what I am doing. I grew up in both Atlanta Georgia and Jacksonville Florida. I played Hammond Organ at two VERY big churches, 3500 members or more. But I seriously got into the blues. My top artists that I love are Little Milton, BB King, Lucky Peterson, Muddy Waters and Bobby Blue Bland....just to name a few. But BB, Eric Clapton and even the Vaughn brothers are it man! I'm still learning other blues artists and their work, both past and present. But I do write my own blues-oriented material. And I'm looking for some solid musicians who are just that....TIGHT AND SOLID. The last batch I worked with last year, it just wasn't a good fit. And that is what the initial rehearsals are for. To see if you match/click and gel. I've had people to respond to my ad, and think that within a day, we will be on stage making fifty grand. And that's just not how it works. Let's first at least sacrifice one evening of rehearsal, to see if we even like ea other musically, and go from there. You never know. That one rehearsal may just be well worth the sacrifice...... We'll need a pianist/keyboard player A second on keyboards/organ Drummer Lead Bass Brass/Woodwinds I'm very serious. Please do not waste my time if you have no true intentions on doing this for real. Ok.... that's it for now. Let's see what happens.
