Hey! Looking for someone who can do rehab Punchlist items. Must be experienced and able to do in a timely manner. Many of the items consist of drilling doorknob holes, installing exterior/interior doors, installing light fixtures, basic plumbing, and basic electric. Need someone reliable and on time and who really wants to do the work. No use for BS people, alcoholics, or smokers! Must have reliable transportation
