My name is Valerie. I need 4 production assistants (PAs) to work at my tech event on Monday, June 20th. The event will be 60-100 people total. 10 AM until 5 PM $120 for the day Examples of duties: PA #1: Responsible for checking people in and/or giving out badges/wristbands, keeping the line orderly PA #2: Responsible for checking people in and/or giving out badges/wristbands, keeping the line orderly PA #3: Letting people in and out of the theater, directing people to a separate room when it is full, seating people PA #4: Making sure the schedule is adhered to, giving cues to the DJ and panelists, timekeeping, helping with the projector. Duties might change/rotate based on need. Other duties as assigned. Take pictures! You must be reliable (i.e. you must show up!) - if you are not a reliable person please do not apply You must dress professionally and presentable - business casual.
