Maintenance/Handyman needed

We are currently seeking a maintenance/handy man to take over repairs that may arise on our rental properties. Jobs may be anything from painting, changing out a hot water heater, changing out a toilet, to replacing a door. Job may change from day to day. Applicant must have own vehicle. Job site is located in Panama City, Lynn Haven, SpringField, this side of the bridge. Nothing on beach side.
