Gigging band offering loving home to lonesome Bassist

Description
Reliable, professionally dependable bass players please read on. Classic Rock inspired band with scores of diverse originals seeks bass player we can count on. With that bass player dialed in, we will be ready to continue gigging. Our early demo recordings so far have yet to capture and convey the compelling sound we are crafting. Naturally, you would like to hear some recordings and go from there. Let us, instead please, play for and with you in person in our full-time rehearsal studio in Downtown Denver. There are of course select tracks we can send your way, however, my absolute favorite and preferred way to experience reciprocal first-impressions is live and in person. Too weird and unconventional? No problem, we all share a touch of the unconventional so a penchant for courageous bold originality is pretty much prerequisite. To fully craft the inspired sound that's within arm's reach, we need a skilled, vibrant, expressive, and eclectic bassist to join our family. We practice Tuesdays and Thursdays from roughly 7-9pm. This can be adapted in time though, for now that is what works for all four of us. An accomplished producer out of The Blasting Room, whose work we all admire, has offered to produce our first album. That's exciting to us and we're all eager to increase the pace at which we're polishing our material. We are two lead vocalists, a guitarist, a drummer, and a cellist. Below is a list of some of the musicians and songs we identify with as we home in on our sound. A great deal of what we do emphasizes the off beat in a funky, syncopated way. World influences appear here and there with a touch of reggae and a dose of Latin rhythms and alegria. Some songs are derived from folk roots and others are more contemporary ambient grooves. The Beatles and The Eagles, in particular, inspire with the breadth of emotions their songs evoke. We are all warm and kind people who enjoy spending time together, playing music and also including our significant others out and about recreating in myriad ways. Our ages range from 26 to 46. Traits we share are professional reliability, collaborative respectfulness, musical proficiency, child-like playfulness, and passionate dedication to co-creating moving music. In the next year we see ourselves opening for well-known touring acts in awesome venues. That goal is part of the vision. Please tell us a bit about yourself in a reply. Emails that say only, "I play bass. Send me your demos and I'll tell you if I dig it," are not appreciated. What are your influences? What is your level of commitment? Do you like the idea of going on tour? What part of town do you live in? Please fill in these details along with anything else you're up for sharing. Thank you very much for your consideration.
