We run an Airbnb in Pinehurst NC however we are located 3 hours away and cant be at the property all of the time! We are looking for someone local that would be able to check on the property 3-4 times a month. We would occasionally need the trash taken out or to inspect the property and make sure the cleaners are doing a good job. Occasionally we will need small tasks completed such as changing batteries or unboxing amenities such as dish detergent, soap, etc.. We are able to pay $50 a month.
