Description
Position available for maintenance personnel for a private community in Jupiter. Our Property Owners’ Association is looking for reliable, dependable, detail-oriented staff members that can work independently and with other members of our team. This position includes exterior upkeep to the cleanliness and overall appearance of our community as well as private homes. This is an opportunity to work for a very stable company in a friendly and professional, resident services based environment.
You must be able to work outside. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Pressure washing and painting, changing lightbulbs, maintenance of road signs, streetlights, building cleanup and general cleaning of grounds.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Company will require a back-ground check and drug test. EOE.
