Join our amazing team at the beautiful Longridge Apartments 144 unit community located at 11999 Longridge Ave Baton Rouge, LA 70816. 💵PAY: Up to $25 an hour (depending on experience) PLUS amazing bonuses equal up to $5k a year 80hrs pto, 20% rent discount, Up to 5% annual raises, 401k match, $15/m medical (single) and more! This is a hands on maintenance position and is responsible for property inspections, make readies, work orders, general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet Monarch's established standards. Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities: • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications • Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review • Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program • Exterior structural maintenance as needed • Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone • HVAC Repair a plus • Pool maintenance
