SEND RESUME TO: [email protected] The Manufactured Home Installer will work with set up crew. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager. This position ensures execution of all processes/repairs in accordance with company policy. Duties and Responsibilities: Know your community inventory and conditions Manufactured home experience Assist in the improvement of property esthetics and general conditions through consistent enforcement of company rules, resident guidelines and property maintenance via checklists and established schedules. Communicate effectively and daily with Management and co-workers to provide updates on property operations and issues Ensure a safe working environment Required experience: A minimum of two years hands-on experience in Property Maintenance Strong resident service/support skills Skills should include basic electrical functionality & repair, basic plumbing requirements & repair, HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Dry Wall, Flooring Current Driver's License Proper Tool Usage Equipment usage: Snow Removal/Plow, Lawn Equipment Adhere to all local, state and federal laws including all laws governing Fair Housing in compliance with local, state and national authorities regarding building code compliance Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional time-management skills Ability to multi-task, handle conflicting priorities Physical requirements: Ability to stand/walk up to eight hours/day Ability to climb ladders (up to a 20 ft) Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision. Ability to push, pull, lift or carry a minimum of 50 lbs. Use of arms, hands and fingers / No restrictions Flexibility, ability to climb up, crawl under and/or balance Compensation: This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation.
