Let's get you started! Who we are - We are a nationwide company who wants to find great contract people (men and women encouraged equally) to complete maintenance work orders in a tenant's home. We have internal schedulers who want you to be successful, make money and be treated with respect using a team approach. Use of an app makes it so simple! What to expect - This is an opportunity to work reasonable flexible hours to get work accomplished. A contractor with us will need a vehicle for service calls as assigned, driver's license, tools, smart phone and a bank account for direct deposit. When to expect - We direct deposit per a pay schedule where invoices are submitted weekly. What skills are successful in this job - Be honest, show up when scheduled, reliable so tenants know you're serious to help with their needs, committed to follow through and success, respectful and reliable. Skills for a successful Electrician with our company - Install, replace, and service home power panels Diagnose and repair home wiring Install and replace various fixture and outlets, including 220v Install new wiring to facilitate new outlets and fixtures at residential properties Able to pull permits (NOT required but would be helpful) Work site assessments and estimates We have immediate needs to add successful competent contractors for the large amounts of open work orders pending.
