We are seeking an experienced veteran Hospitality operator to join our rapidly growing team. We own or are in contract to lease or buy Real Estate for 13 Bars & Nightclubs in North America. Most are located in the Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Dallas & Houston markets. The President is based out of and has already developed the LA, Miami & NYC markets and is seeking help in the Texas markets especially. The Vice President would be responsible for training all Bar Managers, Floor Managers, & travel is absolutely necessary. This is a full time position. You must live in the Houston or Dallas metro areas, be an experienced hospitality manager with a great resume & references and be hungry to work hard. Must be available to work long nights, weekends, have a reliable car, reliable cell phone and no drama! Must be willing to: take a Drug Test (We don't care about Cannabis), Credit Check, Background Check (No felony history), & work on a 90 day probation period to start. This is not a salaried position. We are looking for someone to come in and earn income off every bar/club we have with a profit share deal. The more we make, the more you make. We want someone who will really get it done, and earn big income. Travel will of course be reimbursed. This type of position is not for everyone, so if not for you kindly move on. Regardless of how good you are, or experience you have, we are not only looking for someone confident in their abilities to raise sales, lower product cost, but someone who can rise up to each and every occasion. Expect to put out fires every day! You will work directly for the President, and as you are recruiting, hiring, training, & managing Managers for the business, the President will be working on more and more expansion with the goal of 100 Hospitality Venues by 2025. He has recently partnered with a major investment team, and you are the missing component! 100 Venues means 100 monthly income streams for you! Can you see the vision we have?
